  This place has an amazing view. A nice and friendly staff. They even had a band last night. The food was average but good. The one downside keeping 5 stars off was the extremely slow service. It took about 45 min for appetizers and about 15 minutes longer for our meals. I was starving. And to note no salad included $4 more for salad bar. One last note the crazy dangerous little parking lot added up the hill, be careful. ..and one patron with no common curtsy parked not in a spot to block all others from moving.

  Good brunch food, but, could have been warmer. Mac and cheese like Grandma made. Amazing view of Otisville Lake and very nice waitress.

  Great place to eat in central New York. The views are great of course. We had no trouble with the service and they were very accommodating actually. The food was great and we decided to come back that night to watch the band. I would recommend it.
  
  The first time we went we arrived by boat. The new dock system is nice and is very easy to tie up. We sat on the deck and the service was fine - we had no issues. It was kid-friendly and they had decent kids’ menu. I ordered steamed clams and salad which was very good. Our group also got burgers, etc. The restaurant remodeling work is very nice - especially the deck. There is a four-person gas fired small bar to sit at and an area for the band. The view is great, of course, and there isn't anything else like it on Otisco. After dinner we decided to drop the kids off and return for the band. The band performed surprisingly well despite getting washed out by a driving rain storm. Moved inside and sat by a fire place and had drinks and desert. The staff was very nice and started the fire for us (even though it was summer). My only criticism is that the bar area is a too bright. I would prefer that it were darker.
